The Green Climate Fund Readiness-funded project, Development of Action Plan for Designing and Implementing Standards and Labelling Programme in Lao PDR, was designed to develop an implementation plan for minimum energy performance standards (MEPS) and labelling programme for energy-efficient lighting and appliances and establish an enabling environment for transformation of the lighting and appliance market.
This report summarises the results of the lighting and appliance market study and assessment undertaken as part of the project.
