United for Efficiency workshop launches the development of a regional plan to leapfrog to efficient lighting, appliances and equipment.
The meeting is organised together with Climate Technology Centre and Network and the Southern African Power Pool. It brings together representatives from 10 Southern African countries including Climate Technology Centre and Network National Designated Entities, national utilities, United Nations Development Programme, Development Bank of Southern Africa and the Southern Africa Development Community’s Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
